 The Utility Office is open from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday and closed on all Government Holidays.  

 Residents are billed every 2 months with bills being due on the 15th. A 10% penalty is applied after this date if payment has not been received.

Payments may be made by coming to the office at 116 South Main Street, or by the drop box located in the Alley by the office. Payments are also accepted through the mail at 116 South Main Street, Paulding, Ohio 45879. Checks can be made to: Village of Paulding.

 Water deposits are required for all rentals and land contracts in the Village. The deposit is $100.00 and is due as soon as the renter takes possession of the rental. The deposit will be used to cover the final bill with any refund being forwarded to the renter.

The Village of Paulding has a contract with Porter Sanitation for the disposal of garbage throughout the Village. Pick-up is generally as follows: Thursdays- West side of Williams Street : Fridays- Williams Street and East side. Trash is to be placed at curb or other specified location in 30 gallon trash bags with a limit of 3 per resident by 6 a.m. the day of pick-up. For extra bags, tags may be purchased at Maramart Gas Station. The first pick-up day of the month customers will be able to place bulky waste out for pick-up. Bulky waste items include: small appliances, vacuum cleaners, TV's, VCR's, furniture, mattress, box springs, chairs, table, ect. Cardboard boxes that are dry and contain dry items may also be picked up as long as bottom doesn't tear out.
***The Holidays of New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day will delay pick-up to the following day.
